On October 26 and 29, 2026, JINTA Import & Export Co., Ltd. organized two consecutive specialized training sessions — one on the standardized operation of lifting slings, spreaders and overhead cranes, and one on forklift operation safety. Frontline employees in relevant positions and safety management personnel attended, further strengthening the company's on-site safety procedures and operating standards.

I. Background and Objectives
Lifting operations and forklift operations are high-frequency, high-risk tasks in JINTA's manufacturing and warehousing processes. As the business continues to grow, customers are placing ever higher requirements on suppliers in terms of on-site management, standardization of operations and delivery reliability, making standardized operations a key indicator of an enterprise's overall management capability. This training program was designed to translate safety requirements into actionable, position-level operating standards, improve the operating procedures for critical tasks involving lifting slings, overhead cranes and forklifts, reduce operational risks at the source, ensure production continuity and stable order delivery, and demonstrate to customers the company's disciplined and reliable management capabilities.

II. Content and Format
Both sessions combined expert lectures, accident case studies, on-site demonstrations and interactive Q&A. The lifting session focused on sling selection, routine inspection and discard criteria, proper attachment of lifting points, the "Ten No-Lift" rules, load calculation and trial-lift requirements, and the establishment of site exclusion zones, with live demonstration of standard hoisting hand signals. The forklift session focused on pre-shift inspection essentials, load center of gravity and stability control, speed limits and pedestrian yielding, handling of curves, ramps and blind spots, battery charging and parking standards, and emergency response procedures, while analyzing typical accident cases to identify the root causes of unsafe practices. Both sessions included hands-on demonstrations, and participants were required to review their own operating actions against the unified standards, ensuring that every procedure is applied in every single task.
III. Participant Feedback and Results
Participants noted that both sessions closely reflected actual workplace conditions and were highly targeted, cautionary and practical. They said the training further clarified operating standards and key risk-control points, and effectively strengthened their awareness and competence in working strictly in accordance with procedures, achieving the expected results.
IV. Follow-up Plan
Building on this training, the company will translate the outcomes into documented position-level operating procedures and daily inspection checklists, strictly enforce the certification requirement for personnel in relevant positions, carry out routine equipment maintenance and on-site violation inspections, and organize periodic hazard inspections and emergency drills — institutionalizing and standardizing the management of high-risk operations, so as to continuously meet customers' requirements for disciplined supplier management.
Disciplined management is the most fundamental commitment a company makes to its customers. JINTA will continue to put systems and standards first, continuously refine its safety management system and operating procedures, build a solid line of defense for employee safety, and provide customers with more stable and reliable cooperation.
